Fuel Assistance Resources

Eastern understands that circumstances may arise in every household that can mean a strain on finances. We are willing to try to work with our customers through difficult times whenever we can. This is only possible if we are aware of a problem so please do not hesitate to contact us as early as your due date. By working together, we can often arrive at a mutually agreeable payment arrangement before a balance becomes unmanageable. If you anticipate a short-term delay in payment, please contact our Credit Department at 800-470-4445 Ext. 1600 to discuss your situation.

We would like to encourage those who might need significant or long term aide to seek formal fuel assistance from a local agency that is specifically set up to support this kind of need.

Listed below are resources for many different organizations in our service area whose mission is to help citizens in need pay for their home heating costs.
